Pizzasallad
Pizzasallad is an institution, and pizza is not the same without it.

INGREDIENSER:
- 300g finely shredded white cabbage
- 50g finely diced red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp white vinegar 5%
- 2-4 tbsp neutral oil
- salt and black pepper to taste

- Put the cabbage in a large bowl, then season it generously and scrunch it up with your hand. You really want to get in there, like you're making sauerkraut. The cabbage will probably release a substantial amount of water. Do not drain the water out. Leave it there.
- Wash your hands and switch to mixing with a utensil like a fork or spoon. Mix in the bell pepper, vinegar, and oil.
- Adjust the seasoning to taste, then put the salad and all of its liquid in a covered container in the fridge. You really want to pack it in there, taking care to make sure it's all submerged.
- Let the salad sit for at least a few hours before serving.
ANTECKNINGAR:
- Pizzasallad does not have oregano, sugar, pineapple juice, onions, or garlic in it. It doesn't. It's very, very illegal. I love Zeina Mourtada, but she is wrong about this.
